Appendix

During my first wine course, Intro to Wines and Spirits, I completed a group project with two of my classmates where we had to create a three-course menu with wine pairings to go with each course. We also had to explain why we chose the wines by describing the flavor profiles of the food and wines.

My team for my Food Service Production & Operations Management course was given the category of fine dining. This document is the menu that we drafted for the meal that we made. For this project, we had to do all of the food costing, ordering, creating of positions for our classmates, and acted as front-of-house and back-of-house managers on the day of the meal.

This is the final project for my Economics of Wine course from my January in Cape Town study abroad. This paper focuses on comparing the differences between two South African wine farms' operations, branding, marketing, and more.

This is the link to my final project for the Development of Tourism Attractions. This research-based paper looks at the various aspects of the Estonian Song Festival (Laulupidu) and looks to determine whether or not it is a successful tourism attraction.

Our final assignment for Hospitality and Tourism Marketing and Sales was a group project in which we created a new marketing plan for a local brewery.
