RESUME
Overview
I am a current UW – Stout transfer student majoring in Hotel Restaurant Tourism Management with a focus on the food and beverage industry. I have two jobs on campus and have become a part of the International Relations Club to not only be involved on campus, but to divulge deeper into different aspects of my major as well. My study abroad experience has expanded my communication skills and has strengthened my ability to lead others and adapt to situations.

Education
Madison Area Technical College (Madison College)
September 2014 - May 2015
I spent one year at Madison Area Technical College in their accounting program. While this didn't turn out to be my preferred path and ending place, it was a necessary stepping stone to get me to where I am now.
University of Wisconsin - Stout
September 2016 - present
Within my years at UW- Stout, I have made numerous changes to my school work ethic. The most notable effect from these changes is that I obtained an accumulative GPA of 3.79; earning the Chancellor's Award for all semesters that I've attended Stout; including my final two semesters where this award was renamed to the Dean's List.

University of Tartu - Estonia
February 2018 - June 2018

I had the wonderful opportunity to spend my spring semester 2018 abroad at the University of Tartu in Estonia. My classes there focused on Estonian culture and language as well as food culture. The rest of the time that I spent there was filled with the opportunity of meeting people from all around the world and a bit of traveling and volunteering as well.

CIEE Global Institute - Cape Town, South Africa
January 2 - 22, 2020

I am beyond grateful that I had the opportunity to fit another study abroad into my academic plan. During the WinTerm of my senior year, I completed the Economics of Wine course for the January in Cape Town program through CIEE. During my time there, I was able to experience their diverse cultures as well as take part in class co-curriculars that included meeting with owners, financial and marketing leaders, and social outreach coordinators of wine farms around the West and Central Cape.
